| AUTHOR'S NOTES: | This is the last Jessica Fogg story I wrote. It is longer than the others and has a double plot going on. In the process of laying out Phillip Fogg’s past in the shadow of the wars with France and the war of 1812 this plot bunny hopped into my lap and refused to let go. The League of Darkness and Count Gregory have been around a long time. They had to have been having a hay day during Bonaparte’s rule. Suppose some of the Foggs of the previous generation stumbled onto them? |
